Smiley little man!
His smiles warm our hearts! He is such a silly boy, he is definitely a Skousen!!!!
Our big boy!
Our little man is becoming a big boy! He has about 2 inches left to grow until he is too big for his changing table!!!! Look how cute!
Carter's 8 week check up!
Yesterday was Carter's 8 week check up and he is a big healthy boy! He is now 24.5 inches long and 12.5 lbs! Which means he has grown 3 inches and 3.5 lbs since birth! He also had to get his shots... Carter did much better then his mommy did! It is a good thing that daddy was there to be strong for both of us, because as Carter was getting his shots, I think I was crying more then he was..lol.. I don't know what came over me but, I am sure I will get better with these kind of appointments!

Our trip to New Jersey!
We visited some friends in New Jersey, Carter did so great on the 2 hour car ride! I guess I didn't realize how big he was until he was next to another baby, she is 2.5 weeks younger than Carter.... It was a fun play date!
Carter's first day to church!
Everyone thought Carter was adorable! And I think he loved all the attention from the ladies! He sure looked cute in his Sunday clothes that daddy picked out!
