Playing in the Snow!

Carter and I got all bundled up and went outside to play in the snow and yikes! It was so cold, yeah, Carter lasted I think 3 minutes! Bbut in his defense it was 18 degrees! But he sure looked cute all bundled up!

SNOW!

We were very blessed to have our very first white Christmas here in Missouri, but it never stopped snowing! I got up this morning to go to my church meetings, and daddy snapped this picture of me as I was getting ready to leave

Nannie is coming!

We are so excited, my mother-in-law is coming in 19 days for two whole weeks! We are preparing for her to come, making sure that the cabinets are filled with lots of goodies, but we left her eisel outside, Maree will you be able to work under these conditions! Just kidding, she just loves the snow and I thought it was a fun picture to use as a post that she is coming! We can't wait to see you!

Daddy Working Hard

Santa left this box for daddy to put together, which he was thrilled to do! It turned out great!

Ready For Santa!

We took this picture right before Carter went to bed, we plugged in the Christmas tree, listened to Christmas Carols and made cookies for santa. We laid them out put on our new pajamas and of course left out the red gatorade (which daddy had to make a late night Christmas Eve run for!) We wouldn't want Rudolph to get lost in the dark!

Opening our Christmas Eve Gifts

Every year my family would open up one gift on Christmas eve and it is a fun tradition that we have continued in our family, only we make sure that the present that is opened is a pair of pajamas... Carter was so excited that he finally got to open one of the gifts that had been sitting under the tree for so long!
