Kids' Kohl Museum

While we were in Chicago last week Carter and I roamed around while poor daddy had to work. One of the things we came accross was this Kids' Kohl Museum. It was a mini world for children. Carter played house, he was a fireman, a doctor and had fun playing with all the great toys. If you are ever in Chicago check out the kids' kolh museum, very cute!

Oh Tasha!

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween everyone! Today before we took Carter trick or treating, we took him to the St. Louis Zoo. It is such a fantastic zoo and Curtis had not been there yet. Unfortunately we had to cut it short because it was FREEZING! Yikes, it is getting so cold, very quick! It was a great day!

Trick or Treating

We took Carter trick or treating with some friends of ours and he just loved running up to the doors yelling "TRICKORTREAT" Yes all one word! Then as we were leaving he would yell "THANKS" So sweet!

Introducing The Potty

We have officially introduced Carter to the potty, he isn't quite ready but we are almost there! He has started coming to me and telling me when he has gone to the bathroom, so we felt it was the perfect time to take the next step to potty training Carter, one step at a time. Anyone out there, I would love advise on how you knew your child was ready to be potty trained and any tips you have would be great too!

Erichmet Planning commitee

So in our new ward, I was aked to be a part of the enrichment planning commitee with some pretty incredible women. Our enrichment is going to be the theme of "The Hundred Dresses" so everyone came over to my home on Friday and we made the invitations. I also made the centerpieces, I had to get creative because there were no good ideas online, but I think they turned out great. Our goal of the night is to collect 100 dresses and donate them to a women's shelter. I love Relief Society!
